Karl has an academic background in biochemistry, functional proteomics and genomics, and currently works as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer at IDRAAC. He supports the quality and effectiveness of mental health and psychosocial support programs through evidence-based monitoring systems, data analysis, and learning processes that inform program improvement.

In his role, Karl contributes to the development of MEAL frameworks, oversees data collection and analysis, and promotes accountability to affected populations. With a strong research-oriented approach, he is committed to strengthening program impact, transparency, and sustainability through rigorous evaluation and continuous learning.
