Nathalie Akilian is the Head of Operations & Communications at IDRAAC. In this role, Nathalie plays a pivotal part in managing community support projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading visibility actions that promote awareness of mental health issues. She is responsible for standardizing procedures, generating reports, and overseeing media relations to strengthen the organization’s impact.

Nathalie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Notre Dame University in Lebanon. Before joining IDRAAC, she served as the Programs & Operations Manager at MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab, where she designed and implemented entrepreneurship competitions across the region. Her work there involved collaborating with governmental and private entities, coordinating large-scale events, and managing budgets, which helped foster technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the Arab world.

Prior to her role at MIT, Nathalie was the Operations & Logistics Manager at Wamda Ventures, where she skillfully managed logistics for high-profile events and ensured seamless operations across regional partnerships. Her experience in handling complex logistics, from event planning to HR management, highlights her versatility and attention to detail.

Nathalie is passionate about the fields of operations, communications, and entrepreneurship. She brings a wealth of experience from her work with various organizations and continues to make a significant impact in driving innovation and supporting mental health initiatives.
