Maroun Bou Najm is a Clinical Psychologist and Project Officer at IDRAAC, where he oversees the implementation of mental health and psychosocial support initiatives. His role includes supporting project coordination, activity implementation, and collaboration with national and international partners to strengthen access to quality, evidence-based mental health services.

He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Haigazian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame University–Louaize. Maroun has experience in community outreach, mental health screening, psychosocial support, and service coordination, and has worked closely with diverse and vulnerable populations. His work is grounded in culturally sensitive, evidence-based approaches, with a strong focus on strengthening community mental health systems and improving service accessibility.
