Responds to comments by McKellar and El-Gaaly (see PA, Vol 72:15071 and 15037, respectively) on the present author's (see PA, Vol 71:7247) article on psychiatry in Saudi ArabiThe present author agrees with McKellar that psychiatry in Saudi Arabia must be seen as one aspect of the total medical care and indicates that El-Gaaly integrated well a number of feelings related to self-esteem, national pride, politics, and related matters in his letter of comment.
