Examined the presence of supernatural-centered delusions among 28 Arab patients as compared with 41 patients with environment-centered delusions (Ss aged 21-44 yrs) in Kuwait to assess the likelihood of these delusions in patients who have been subjected to secular Western influences. It is concluded that exposure to Western cultures in adulthood had not diminished the likelihood of patients' seeking cultural supernatural explanations for their delusional experiences.
