Examined management of confidentiality by US, Egyptian, and Israeli psychiatrists, psychologists, and internists. The questionnaire responses of 656 Ss support the view that no significant differences exist between practitioners of the same professional groups practicing in different countries; the data also show significant and parallel between-group differences.
