Studied personality characteristics of 100 cases of conversion hysteria in LibySs (aged 20-30 yrs) were administered the Eysenck Personality Inventory of H. J. Eysenck (1974). Extraversion and neuroticism scores were high for these Ss, regardless of personality type.
