  • Field Coordinator

    Job Overview:

    The Field Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of training in the field. This position involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of field operations, including personnel, resources, logistics, and communication. The Field Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and communication to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

    This position is available in 5 locations: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, and Bekaa.     Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and oversee field activities to ensure they are executed according to the project plan.

    Ensure that project timelines and objectives are met.

    Supervise and support field staff, including trainers and beneficiaries.

    Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and transportation.

    Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.

    Coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for field operations.

    Manage inventory and track equipment maintenance and repairs.

    Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.

    Establish effective communication channels between the field team and the central office.

    Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and successes.

    Collect and maintain accurate data and records related to field operations.

    Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and resource utilization.

     Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that may hinder project success.

    Develop solutions and contingency plans as needed.

    Qualifications:

     Bachelor's degree in psychology.

     Proven experience in field coordination or related roles.

     Strong leadership and team management skills.

     Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

     Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

     Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

     Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data collection and reporting.

     Ability to work in dynamic and sometimes challenging field conditions.

     Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.


  • Project Officer

    The Project Officer will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of designated projects within the organization. This position requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving project objectives. The Project Officer will contribute to the organization's mission by ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that make a positive impact on our community.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Execute project activities as per the established project plan.
    Coordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    Monitor progress, track deliverables, and address any project-related issues.
    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress summaries, and meeting minutes.
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.
    Facilitate communication among project team members and external partners.
    Respond to inquiries and requests related to the project.
    Collect, input, and manage project-related data.
    Assist in data analysis and reporting to measure project impact.
    Ensure data confidentiality and security.
    Help maintain project quality standards and adherence to best practices.
    Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance project effectiveness.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
    Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
    Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Passion for the organization's mission and dedication to achieving project goals.

  • Procurement Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
    Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, including creating and issuing purchase orders.
    Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
    Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality service and supply chain reliability.
    Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to achieve favorable pricing and service levels.
    Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
    Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
    Conduct regular cost analyses to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
    Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
    Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management.
    Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    High level of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.

  • MEAL Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    Monitoring and Evaluation

    Develop and implement project-specific MEAL frameworks, plans, and tools in line with organizational and donor requirements.
    Design and oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
    Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and ensure adherence to MEAL protocols.
    Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance and outcomes.

     

    Accountability

    Establish mechanisms to ensure accountability to beneficiaries, including feedback and complaint systems.
    Facilitate the collection, analysis, and response to feedback from project stakeholders.
    Ensure that data collection and reporting practices respect confidentiality and ethical standards.

     

    Learning

    Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories from project activities.
    Support teams in using evaluation findings to improve program design and implementation.
    Organize learning events, workshops, and sessions to disseminate insights and findings.
